Greetings friends! It has been quite some time since I updated my blog, so I figured I should do that. I have been back from LA for quite some time now and have been engulfed in thesis work on Among Skies. Production is going smooth and our world is really starting to look great! I also was lucky enough to work on Overstrike this summer, which was a great experience. Already missing my Insomniac friends, but I need to finish what I started here in Florida. Anyways, here are a few things that I have neglected to post.

Well Chuck is taking up a majority of my time. Working pretty hard on the sculpt, and I am currently repacking the UVs. I should have him textured by next week. Will model the Keytar this week as well.

In other news;

Even more news, I have taken the role as Sound Designer for Crowd Control, which has proven to be alot of fun for me. Today I went into the studio and threw wood around with Kez which was enjoyable to say the least. I brought the files home for mixing, as I have resurrected my home studio for personal use again.

And last but not least, here is a character I painted quickly today.

Perhaps he is Chuck's counterpart. He does not have a name yet.

I have not typed this much in a while. Savor it. Seldom do I do such things.

Nothing beats being the creepy guy in the airport. I enjoy doing these little quick drawings with my pen that is slowly falling apart. Real people are more fun then models. I can feel out their character while they are sitting there reading their magazine, or playing with their iphone. Sometimes they would stare up at me, sort of twitch uncomfortably, and then continue minding their own business.
